ENROKA: first partner of Living Blue Zone International in Latin America
Living Blue Zone International has signed a collaboration agreement with ENROKA, a company based in Chile that prepares businesses and communities for an active, intergenerational longevity.
Its name refers to the chess move castling: a strategic change of position that poetically reflects how life paths evolve at a certain age.
ENROKA thus becomes the first official partner of Living Blue Zone International in Latin America. This collaboration marks an important milestone in our development, creating a direct link between the scientific vision of the Blue Zones and the local dynamics of the Chilean territory.
The team is inspired by the research of Prof. Michel Poulain and develops concrete programmes in two main areas:
- in companies: senior career transition, knowledge transmission, and intergenerational cultures;
- in communities: strengthening social ties, valuing local practices, and living well together.
Chile shares several characteristics with the Blue Zones: strong community cohesion, accessible nature, local food culture, and intergenerational ways of life.
This alliance opens the way to the emergence of future Living Blue Zones in Latin America.
